"Leadership is not defined by what one achieves. It is revealed by how one carries what has been entrusted."
J. Arthur Gipson
Why This Work Matters
In a time when leadership is often defined by visibility, performance, and personal brand, BPP offers a different lens. It asks:
-
Who is the leader becoming?
-
What are they responsible for carrying?
-
What will remain after their influence passes?
The framework exists to help leaders answer those questions with clarity, restraint, and purpose.

**Expanded BPP Risk Taxonomy (Classification Map)
The BPP Risk Management Program uses a human-centered risk taxonomy to classify organizational risk at its true source: formation, governance, and institutional stewardship.
This expanded taxonomy provides a practical classification map of the most common risk patterns that precede organizational failure — including incentive distortion, exception drift, repeat findings, suppression of escalation, and accountability breakdown.
This framework is used as a diagnostic tool to help boards, executives, and leadership teams identify early warning signals, assign severity, define escalation triggers, and build prevention-based response plans.
Note: This taxonomy is illustrative and non-exhaustive. BPP assessment outputs are evidence-anchored and tailored to the organization’s context.
